Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, l’installation, le paramétrage, la formation, la maintenance et l’assistance d’un progiciel destiné à : • la gestion financière complète de la commune, du CCAS et du SITA (budgets, comptabilité, flux PES, factures Chorus Pro…). • la gestion de l’exécution administrative et financière des marchés publics. • la préparation, la transmission et le suivi des données réglementaires à destination de la Trésorerie (DGFiP), de la Préfecture (@CTES), ou de l’État (AIFE), conformément aux normes en vigueur. Le présent marché n’inclut pas la passation des marchés publics (ex : rédaction des pièces de consultation, publication, DUME, analyse des offres…). Le présent marché n’inclut pas la fourniture d’un parapheur électronique, mais le progiciel devra être interopérable avec le parapheur actuellement en service (iParapheur de Libriciel).
