This tender concerns the treatment of residues from energy recovery (REFIOM) produced by the waste-to-energy facility operated by SITTOMAT. The contracting authority seeks a qualified operator to manage the hazardous residues generated during the incineration process, ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Suppliers must hold appropriate certifications and authorizations for hazardous waste management. They must demonstrate technical capacity to treat and dispose of incineration residues in accordance with EU and French environmental regulations.
