La présente consultation est relative à la passation d'un marché public portant sur des prestations d'études nécessitant des compétences techniques et méthodologiques en matière de traitements de données, d'analyses et études statistiques et de restitutions. Ces études pourront concerner l'ensemble des données collectées par l'ATIH (données d'information médicales, données financières, données sur les coûts, données sur les RH, etc.). Le détail des prestations attendues figure dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande sans négociation ni remise en concurrence préalables. Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée initiale de douze (12) mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra être reconduit trois (3) fois tacitement pour une période de douze (12) mois. Le marché est conclu avec un montant minimum de 100 000 Euros HT et un montant maximum de 1 400 000 Euros HT pour toute la durée du marché.
