L'opération porte sur des travaux d'aménagement de locaux (602 m2 de surface utile) sis 168-170 rue Joseph II à Bruxelles et appartenant à la Région Grand Est, en vue d'y accueillir les agents et partenaires de la Maison de la Région de Bruxelles qui doivent quitter le bâtiment actuellement occupé. Les travaux concernent des aménagements intérieurs (bureaux, salles de réunions, sanitaires, local serveur, cuisine) sur 4 niveaux et la remise à niveau des installations électriques et ventilation. Les prestations attendues sont décomposées en corps d'état : travaux préparatoires et installation de chantier, démolitions, constructions métalliques, menuiserie extérieure, cloisons, plafonnage et crépis, menuiserie intérieure, chape, revêtement de sol et de mur, peinture, installation électrique, ventilation et installation sanitaire. Ce marché à lot unique est fractionné. Il comprend quatre tranches optionnelles (TO) : TO1 : Réfection complète Sanitaires R+1, TO2 : Réfection complète Sanitaires R+2, TO3 : Réfection complète Salle réunion R-1 et TO4 : Réfection complète Cuisine R-1. Trois Prestations Supplémentaires Eventuelles (PSE) sont également prévues : PSE imposée 1 Centrale anti intrusion, PSE imposée 2 Châssis RDC côté rue et PSE imposée 3 Rampe amovible PMR. La présente consultation obéit aux dispositions du Code de la commande publique français. La visite du site est obligatoire.
