Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de réaliser des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre dans le cadre de la construction de quatre pôles d'échanges multimodaux (PEM) sur des gares existantes le long du parcours du Train Jaune afin de promouvoir les mobilités douces sur les territoires des Hauts cantons catalans.
