L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'objet du présent marché concerne les études et l'exécution de travaux de réalisation de dispositifs neufs, ou d'entretien de dispositifs existants, destinés à la stabilisation de falaises et/ou de talus amont, le long des routes du département des Pyrénées-Orientales. Ces travaux consistent en des travaux de purges, de confortements et de protection contre les chutes de pierres, sur l'ensemble du réseau routier départemental ; il est précisé que le présent marché est alloti selon deux secteurs géographiques : Lot 1 - Secteur Montagne, qui couvre les domaines routiers gérés par les agences de Prades, MontLouis et Saillagouse, et Lot 2 - Secteur Agly-Têt-Tech et Secteur Plaine-Littoral qui couvrent les domaines routiers gérés par les agences de Céret, Ille-sur-Têt, Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, Thuir, Argelès-sur-mer et Perpignan. La consistance des travaux, les zones concernées et les différentes implantations seront définies dans chaque bon de commande. Certaines prestations peuvent nécessiter des reconnaissances de terrain effectuées par des travailleurs cordistes titulaires d'un CQP ou par drone, selon la législation en vigueur
