Le présent marché concerne la conduite des installations de chauffage et climatisation du Conseil départemental des Alpes de Haute Provence comme détaillées dans la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (D.P.G.F.), leur entretien courant, préventif et curatif, leur conduite ainsi que leur dépannage (dont la rémunération est couramment appelée P2).
