La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de nettoyage et de bionettoyage des locaux des hôpitaux Beaujon et Bretonneau du Groupe Hospitalo-Universitaire AP-HP Nord Université Paris Cité - 2 lots. Chaque lot donnera lieu à la mise en place d'une accord-cadre mono-attributaire.
SERVICE DE NETTOYAGE ET BIONETTOYAGE DES LOCAUX DE L'HOPITAL BEAUJON
Le détail des prestations est décrit dans le cahier des clauses techniques du lot n°1. L'accord-cadre sera conclu à prix mixtes, comportant une partie à prix forfaitaire et une partie à prix unitaire au sens de l’article R2112-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les prestations à prix unitaires s’exécuteront à la survenance des besoins dans la limite d'un montant maximum annuel de 40000 Euros HT.
