Il a pour objet de confier à son titulaire la conception, la construction, l'exploitation et la maintenance pour la restructuration de l'immeuble situé 4, rue des 3 Meules à Saint-Etienne. Ce marché public global de performance sera décomposé en trois phases : - Phase 1 : Conception (missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre, y compris SSI) - Phase 2 : Réalisation des travaux (y compris coordination SSI) - Phase 3 : Exploitation-maintenance pendant une durée de 8 (huit) années à compter de la réception de l'ouvrage. Le projet prend en compte : Les travaux de démolitions, y compris le désamiantage nécessaire. La restructuration du bâtiment avec conservation et/ou reproduction à l'identique des façades en béton canelés du RDC et du R+1, selon les exigences de l'Architecte des Bâtiments de France.
