Périmètre des prestations confiées au délégataire : - Accueil et enregistrement des résidents, information et médiation - Gestion administrative, comptable et financière du site - Perception des droits de stationnement et des redevances de consommation de fluides - Nettoyage, entretien courant et maintenance des équipements - Veille à la continuité du service public et à l'égalité des usagers - Relation avec les services sociaux, la police, les associations et l'Éducation nationale Conditions économiques du contrat : Le délégataire se rémunère à titre principal sur les redevances perçues auprès des usagers. Une subvention ALT encadrée par les services de l'Etat peut également être versée au délégataire. Il supporte le risque lié aux fluctuations du taux d'occupation et aux impayés. La CASAS peut verser au délégataire une contribution forfaitaire annuelle définie contractuellement en fonction du résultat d'exploitation.
