Le maître d'ouvrage de l'opération, objet du présent marché, est le groupement de commande composé de l'Etablissement Public Foncier de Normandie (EPF Normandie), et l'Intercom de la Vire au Noireau dont le coordonnateur est: INTERCOM DE LA VIRE AU NOIREAU 20 rue d'Aignaux 14 500 VIRE NORMANDIE Le coordonnateur a la charge de l'intégralité de la procédure de passation du marché au nom du groupement de commande. Chacun des membres du groupement signera et notifiera un marché distinct, avec le cocontractant retenu, à hauteur de ses besoins propres.
