Fourniture de prestations informatiques de réalisation, de maintenance et d'intégration pour les applications confiées à la mission nationale de la DSI inter-académique de la région académique Grand Est. Le marché prend la forme d’un accord-cadre multi-attributaire à bons de commande s’exécutant par émission de bons de commande successifs dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-1 et suivants du CCP. Le marché pourra avoir un maximum de six (6) titulaires. Il est soumis au CCAG-TIC. Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée ferme de 48 mois fermes à compter de sa date de notification. Aucune reconduction n’est possible. Le marché est conclu sans minimum, avec un maximum de 25 000 000 € HT. L’estimation de cette somme n’engage en aucun cas le rectorat. Se référer aux documents de la consultation.
