Les autres lots ont été attribués lors de consultations distinctes. La durée du contrat est fixée à un an, à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire. Il pourra toutefois être éventuellement reconduit trois fois un an, de manière tacite. En cas de non-reconduction, la ville de Saint-Herblain notifiera au titulaire, 2 mois avant la date d'anniversaire du contrat, sa décision de ne pas le reconduire. L'accord-cadre prendra effet dès sa notification mais les prestations de nettoyage ne pourront effectivement débuter qu'à compter du 13 novembre 2026. Le pouvoir adjudicateur n'agit pas pour le compte d'autres pouvoirs adjudicateurs. Pas de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles. Ni variantes autorisées, ni variantes exigées. Monnaie : euro.
