Pour l'exécution du lot n°1 : mise en page à partir d'une maquette, respect de la charte graphique, maitrise des logiciels de publication assistée par ordinateur (PAO) : Indesign, Illustrator et Photoshop. Pour l'impression et la livraison du lot n°2 : impression imprim'vert ou papier PEFC, respect calibrage quadrichromie, façonnage, conditionnement et livraison 5 jours après BAT. Aucune négociation ne sera possible dans le cadre de cette consultation
