Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 et L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa notification et est reconductible tacitement 3 fois par période d'un an. La date du 01/04/2026 comme début du contrat figurant dans ce présent AAPC n'est qu'une date prévisionnelle. Montant maximum annuel : 150 000 euro(s) HT.
