Dans le cadre du présent Contrat, le Département de la Haute-Savoie, en tant qu'autorité concédante confie au Concessionnaire, la Régie départementale du Train du Montenvers, l'exploitation commerciale et technique du train du Montenvers. Le Concessionnaire doit notamment : - Assurer l'exploitation du service public et notamment le transport des voyageurs ; - Assurer la police des transports ; - Garantir le parfait entretien et la maintenance des équipements et installation mis à la disposition du Concessionnaire afin que celui-ci les rende en parfait état de fonctionnement à l'échéance du Contrat ; - Assurer le gros entretien et renouvellement des équipements et installations ; - Préserver et maintenir en parfait état de sécurité et de confort pour les usagers, pendant toute la saison, les équipements concédés. Le Concessionnaire est également autorisé à réaliser et à financer les investissements sur les installations, ouvrages et équipements, conformément à ses statuts
