This tender concerns the organisation and setup of exhibitions, inaugurations, and conferences at the Regional Hotel and Regional Houses of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, as well as across the entire Nouvelle-Aquitaine territory. The successful bidder will manage event logistics, spatial design, and coordination for cultural and institutional gatherings.

Suppliers must demonstrate experience in event management, exhibition design, and conference organisation. They should have proven capacity to work across multiple venues and coordinate large-scale institutional events in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Event management companies, exhibition designers, or conference organisers with regional presence and experience in institutional settings should apply. Multi-site project experience is essential.
