La présente consultation porte sur la mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour l'analyse structurelle des bâtiments et équipements publics du département du Var. Le marché est réparti en 2 lots traités par marchés séparés : Lot 1 : Ouest Var : pôles techniques de Toulon Ouest et Saint - Maximin Lot 2 : Est Var : pôles techniques de Toulon Est et Draguignan Le bureau d'étude titulaire de ce présent marché assure des missions d'Assistance à Maîtrise D'ouvrage depuis la phase diagnostic jusqu'à la phase de garantie de parfait achèvement. La technique d'achat utilisée sera celle de l'accord cadre à bons de commandes. Le marché sera conclu sous la forme d'un marché mono-attributaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP. Le marché s'exécute par émission de bons de commande établis sur la base du bordereau de prix unitaire au fur et à mesure des besoins.
