Le marché a pour objet l’acquisition de licences et de modules, la maintenance, les interfaces et les prestations annexes liées au logiciel Astech, tel que décrit dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le logiciel As-tech permet essentiellement la gestion des ateliers du centre technique intercommunal, au travers de ces différents modules. Il pourra être étendu à d’autres directions de la Communauté d’agglomération.
