Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec l' Opéra de Limoges. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la Ville de Limoges.
