Accord Cadre A Bons De Commande De Travaux D'Entretien Et De Grosses Reparations Pour Les Batiments Communaux De La Ville De La Garde

This framework agreement concerns maintenance and major repair works for municipal buildings owned by the City of La Garde. The contract will operate on a call-off basis, allowing the city to issue purchase orders as needed for building upkeep and substantial renovations across its property portfolio.

Suppliers must be qualified construction or building maintenance contractors capable of executing both routine maintenance and large-scale repairs. They should demonstrate relevant experience, appropriate technical capacity, and compliance with French public procurement regulations.

Construction or facility management companies with proven expertise in building maintenance and major repair works should apply. Contractors must be registered in France and able to work on municipal infrastructure projects.

The buyer is Ville de La Garde.
