Le présent dossier porte sur la rénovation des installations d'éclairage public sur le territoire de Rennes Métropole et plus précisément sur le Secteur Nord-Ouest, ainsi que sur les prestations de travaux associées. Il s'inscrit dans une démarche volontariste et dynamique de Rennes Métropole ayant pour objectifs de : - Rénover un patrimoine vieillissant (avec une part d'hétérogénéité sur le territoire). - Réduire les impacts environnementaux en agissant sur les consommations énergétiques et les pollutions lumineuses. Les renouvellements des installations qui peuvent concerner le point lumineux jusqu'à l'armoire (Lanterne, mât, réseaux, et très ponctuellement l'armoire de commande) ont été priorisés en intégrant les critères suivants : - Équipements obsolètes (Ballons fluo, …) ou présentant des risques en matière de sécurité, - Équipements générant des pollutions lumineuses (boules), - Équipements difficiles à entretenir (lanternes ouvertes, difficilement démontables, …) ; installations en pannes fréquentes, … - Équipements entrant dans le cadre du renouvellement systématique au titre de la vétusté (Lanternes et mâts), - Équipements les plus énergivores, - Installation nécessitant des adaptations en coordination avec des rénovations de voirie. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre, pour chaque lot, sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et, le cas échéant, par la conclusion de marchés subséquents, dans les conditions du cahier des charges
