La ville souhaite organiser un seul concert d’été pour un montant maximum de 50 000 € TTC Les candidats peuvent faire une ou plusieurs propositions. Le choix du concert sera déterminé par la collectivité après analyse des offres. En dehors des dates suivantes, 23-24-25 juillet 2026 et 15 et16 août 2026, les candidats pourront proposer une ou plusieurs dates au choix (juillet ou août 2026) pour chacune de leur proposition. L’horaire du concert se situera entre 22h00 et 22h30. Sa durée minimum sera de 1heure 20 minutes minimum. Une première partie est obligatoire, d’une durée d’environ 20 à 30 mn. Le titulaire du marché devra assurer la production d’un concert de variétés en deux parties. L’artiste principal (ou les artistes retenus) devra être une tête d’affiche française ou internationale d’actualité. Le titulaire du marché devra spécifier si la 1ère partie est en live ou non (Horaires : 21h00 / 21h30). La seconde partie sera obligatoirement en live. Le concert se déroulera sans billetterie et sera gratuit.
