Cet établissement implanté en bord de Loire à Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, ne répond plus aux besoins actuels et aux attentes des apprentis et entreprises, dans un contexte d'évolution structurante des métiers du bâtiment autour des enjeux énergétiques et environnementaux, mais également au travers de la digitalisation des outils et process.
