L'accord-cadre concerne toutes les opérations courantes (routes, bâtiments, glissements de terrain... ) hors étude du tracé de la RN 88. L'accord-cadre comprend notamment : - La réalisation des sondages géotechniques ou géophysiques selon un programme donné, - La fourniture des rapports journaliers et des minutes de forages et essais, - Le dépouillement des sondages, la fourniture d’un rapport-compte-rendu factuel, - Le suivi d’instrumentations type inclinomètre, piézomètres, etc… - La réalisation des essais in situ ou en laboratoire et la fourniture d’un rapport-compte-rendu factuel, - Les investigations de géophysique - La mise en place et le suivi de fissuromètres. Le titulaire du marché devra réaliser les sondages conformément au bon de commande sur tout le Département de l'Aveyron. Son délai d'intervention devra pouvoir être réduit à 24 H afin de pouvoir répondre à des évènements nécessitant une réponse urgente.

Durée: 12 Mois à compter de la date de notification de l'accord-cadre avec possibilité de trois reconductions à compter de la date anniversaire de reconduction de l'accord-cadre. L’acheteur agit en tant que coordonnateur d’un groupement de commandes. Les membres adhérents au groupement de commandes sont : - Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours, - Département de l'Aveyron.
