Accord-cadre à bons de commande sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 200 000 € HT. La durée de validité est de 1 an à compter de la notification du marché. Il pourra faire l'objet de 3 reconductions tacites d'un an sans que la durée totale n'excède 4 ans.
