Il s'agit d'une procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre mixte multi attributaire. Il sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et la conclusion de marchés subséquents dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Le contrat est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter du 3/08/2026 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure. Il est renouvelable 4 fois pour des périodes de 1 an.
