This tender concerns services for receiving, preliminary instruction, and monitoring of paid agricultural sponsorship contracts administered by the Normandy Region. The successful bidder will manage the complete lifecycle of these sponsorship agreements, from initial reception through administrative processing to ongoing contract oversight.

Suppliers must demonstrate experience in agricultural contract management and administrative instruction procedures. They should have capacity to handle reception, documentation, preliminary processing, and monitoring of multiple contracts simultaneously.

Public or private organizations with expertise in agricultural administration and contract management are sought. Experience with regional government procedures and sponsorship programme administration is essential.

The buyer is Region Normandie.
