Le présent accord-cadre concerne la fourniture du gaz naturel avec les composantes d'acheminement, les CEE, les coûts de gestion et de stockage, de modulation avec les services associés pour les sites des deux membres du groupement de commande regroupant par la Ville de Six-Fours-Les-Plages et le CCAS de Six-Fours-Les-Plages. La Ville de Six-Fours-Les-Plages est le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. La procédure d'accord cadre est conclu avec seulement un maximum en quantité pour le gaz naturel fixé à 15 000 MWh sur la durée ferme du contrat. L'accord-cadre a une durée de validité de quatre ans ferme à compter de sa date de notification( date prévisionnelle 01/04/2026). La durée des marchés passés sur la base de l'accord-cadre sera fixée dans les marchés subséquents.
