La présente consultation a pour objet des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour des ouvrages de bâtiment et d'infrastructure. Pour chacun des lots, l'accord-cadre est passé selon la forme d'un Accord-cadre mixte multi attributaires conformément à l'article R.2162-3 du Code de la Commande Publique Pour chacun des lots, l'accord-cadre initial est passé avec : - 1 seul opérateur économique dans sa partie à BDC ; il s'agit de celui classé premier dans le cadre de la procédure de consultation de l'accord-cadre. - 3 opérateurs économiques dans sa partie à MS ; il s'agit des opérateurs classés premier, deuxième et troisième dans le cadre de la procédure de consultation de l'accord-cadre. Dans l'hypothèse où l'accord-cadre ne peut pas être attribué à 3 opérateurs économiques ou verrait ce nombre réduit en cours d'exécution, la procédure du Marché Subséquent sera conclue avec les 2 opérateurs restants ou avec l'opérateur restant
