Accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre infrastructure pou l'aménagement de l'échangeur Recytech sur l'A21 et son marché subséquent n°1 - RELANCE

This tender concerns engineering and project management services for the infrastructure development of the Recytech interchange on the A21 motorway. The Lens Liévin Urban Agglomeration is seeking a framework agreement for engineering oversight, with a subsequent market call (lot 1) for implementation of the project.
