La présente consultation concerne le renouvellement de l'exploitation du centre de tri de collectes sélectives de Paris XV sous la forme d'une SemOp (Société d'Economie Mixte à Opération Unique). Il s'agit d'un marché public de prestations de services. Le détail des prestations figure au CCTP. Durée du marché : Le Marché est conclu, à compter de sa notification au titulaire, pour une durée d'exploitation de 6 ans à compter de la date prescrite par l'ordre de service de démarrage, au plus tard le 1er mai 2026 , augmentée de 6 mois, décomposés en 2 mois à compter de la notification du marché pour permettre la préparation de l'exploitation et la reprise du personnel, puis 4 mois suivant la libération des lieux par le Titulaire au titre de la garantie technique d'exploitation, soit une durée totale de 78 mois. A titre indicatif, le démarrage des prestations d'exploitation est prévu le 1er janvier 2026 à 00h00. Cette date de démarrage sera confirmée dans le 1er ordre de service.
