Le présent marché est un accord-cadre ayant pour objet la réalisation de missions de diagnostics divers et de contrôles en phase chantier nécessaires à la réalisation des ouvrages liés aux Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques 2030. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté au moyen de bons de commande, conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel par lot, conformément aux articles R. 2162-2 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont exécutées sur les différents sites des opérations portées ou supervisées par la Solideo Alpes 2030, situés principalement sur le territoire des Alpes françaises. Elles concernent notamment les pôles géographiques suivants : Alpes du Sud (principalement le Briançonnais, dans les Hautes-Alpes, ainsi que ponctuellement les Alpes-Maritimes, notamment à Nice) ; Alpes du Nord (Savoie et Haute-Savoie). Le marché est décomposé en deux lots géographiques : Lot 1 : Alpes du Sud ; Lot 2 : Alpes du Nord. Les interventions sont réalisées sur des sites variés, incluant notamment des infrastructures sportives, des bâtiments, des ouvrages d'art et des infrastructures de transport, dans le cadre des opérations nécessaires à l'organisation des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques d'hiver 2030. Les prestations portent notamment sur des missions de diagnostics techniques (amiante, plomb, DPE), ainsi que des essais et contrôles spécifiques en phase chantier (essais sur ancrage, résistance caractéristique d'un béton, etc.). Elles peuvent être réalisées sur des sites existants ou en cours de travaux, et sont susceptibles d'intervenir de manière concomitante sur plusieurs opérations.
