Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : Fourniture, livraison et installation de mobiliers scolaires pour les collèges ardennais Le présent accord cadre mono attributaire a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison, et l’installation de mobilier scolaire pour les collèges du département des Ardennes (cf. liste en annexe 1) selon deux lots distincts : - Lot 1 : Mobilier scolaire Salles banalisées. Ce lot concerne l'acquisition de mobilier scolaire standard pour les salles de classes générales. - Lot 2 : Mobilier scolaire Salles spécifiques. Ce lot concerne l'acquisition de mobilier pour des salles spécifiques (salles informatiques, sciences, arts plastiques, restaurants scolaires, halls d’accueil, …), nécessitant des équipements spécialisés. Conformément à la loi 2020-105 du 10 février 2020, les biens acquis par les collectivités territoriales sont issus du réemploi ou de la réutilisation ou intègrent des matières recyclées dans des proportions de 20 % à 100 % selon le type de produits.
