La présente consultation fait suite à une déclaration sans suite pour infructuosité de la consultation initiale : l'ensemble des projets examinés étant irréguliers parce qu'ils ne respectaient pas soit le programme de l'opération soit l'enveloppe prévisionnelle allouée aux travaux. Le projet concerne la construction d'une salle artificielle d'escalade (SAE) de niveau international ayant une capacité maximale de 1000 personnes, intégrant : - une zone d'accueil - un espace compétition - un espace grand public Un espace spectateurs assis/debout avec visuel direct et toute hauteur sans aucun obstacle (gaine, éclairage, charpente bâti, etc…) vers les SAE compétition - des locaux annexes avec accès direct vers la salle - une salle polyvalente pour les échauffements, les étirements ou la pratique du yoga - des locaux administratifs - l'aménagement paysager, les espaces de stationnement et de circulation interne à la parcelle du projet. Cette salle sera le reflet d'une recherche d'innovation et de mise en oeuvre d'un bâtiment aux Qualités Environnementales avérées. Sa fonctionnalité permettant une polyvalence et une continuité d'ouverture au public lors des préparations des compétitions, sa scénographie renforcera son attractivité et enfin, son innovation offrira un équipement performant en terme environnemental de type HQE tout en limitant les charges de fonctionnement.
