Accompagnement à l'animation et au suivi des groupes de travail du Service public départemental de l'autonomie (SPDA)

This tender concerns support services for facilitating and monitoring working groups of the Departmental Public Service for Autonomy (SPDA) in Haute-Vienne. The service provider will assist in coordinating, animating, and tracking the progress of various work streams focused on autonomy policy and implementation at the departmental level.

The service provider must demonstrate expertise in group facilitation, project coordination, and autonomy policy. Experience with public sector working groups and ability to produce monitoring documentation and reports is required.
