La chaleur sera produite à 85% (minimum) d'énergie renouvelable issue de la biomasse à partir d'une chaufferie installée par le Titulaire, et sera transportée via un réseau enterré jusqu'au local chaufferie de chaque bâtiment. La chaufferie devra être en mesure de consommer du granulé et de la plaquette forestière. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un maximum de 2 000 000 euro(s) HT pour toute la durée du marché. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La date de début de l'accord-cadre soit le 16 février 2026 est une date prévisionnelle. La date de première livraison de fourniture de chaleur renouvelable qui s'applique à l'ensemble des bâtiments du périmètre du marché est arrêtée au 1er octobre 2027
