La présente consultation a pour objet le renouvellement du marché de fourniture de produits et de petits matériels pour l'entretien des bâtiments communaux. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification. Il peut être reconduit 3 fois par période de 1 ans.
