La prestation porte sur la fourniture et le transport de sel pour la viabilité hivernale des routes départementales de la Charente-Maritime. Cet accord-cadre multi attributaires (maximum de 2 opérateurs économiques sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) à bons de commande avec maximum annuel fixé à 200 000 euros HT est conclu, à compter du 10/11/2026 ou de sa date de notification si postérieure, pour un an. Le maximum annuel (200 000 Euros HT) s'entend pour l'ensemble des titulaires de l'accord-cadre. Cet accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction.
