La présente consultation concerne trois accords-cadres à bons de commande pour les travaux de création et d'entretien des ouvrages de protection de falaises et de stabilisation de terrains meubles sur le territoire de la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée. Ces marchés concernent l'exécution de travaux de protection de falaises rocheuses et de stabilisation et soutènement de terrains meubles, ainsi que l'entretien d'ouvrages existants. Pour le lot 1, un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée et la Ville de Toulon, conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique. La Métropole TPM est désignée en tant que coordonnateur du groupement. Chaque membre du groupement exécute le marché pour la part qui le concerne.
