Durée du marché : Le marché est conclu pour une durée d'un (1) an à compter de sa date de notification. Il pourra être reconduits deux (2) fois maximum par période d'un (1) an. En tout état de cause, la durée totale du marché ne pourra excéder trois (3) ans. Montants et estimations du marché : Le présent marché est un accord-cadre composite. Le marché est traité pour partie à prix global et forfaitaire annuel s'agissant des prestations récurrentes et à prix unitaires, concernant les prestations ponctuelles. Compte tenu du nombre incertain de prestations à commander, le marché est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, qui s'exécute à bons de commande, au sens des articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Les seuils de commande à intervenir pour la totalité des prestations, sont les suivants : Sans montant minimum annuel ; Montant maximum annuel : 200 000,00 euros H.T. À titre estimatif, le pouvoir adjudicateur pourrait commander jusqu'à 112 500,00 euros H.T. de prestations par an(pour l'ensemble des prestations). Ce montant n'est pas contractuel et pourrait être évolutif. Prestations similaires : Le marché pourra donner lieu à la conclusion d'un nouveau marché public pour la réalisation de prestations similaires. Ce nouveau marché passé sans mise en concurrence ni publicité préalable, dont l'objet consistera à la réalisation de prestations similaires à celles du marché initial, sera passé en application de l'article R2122-7 du Code de la commande publique. Ce nouveau marché devra être conclu dans les trois ans à compter de la notification du présent marché.
