La présente consultation concerne des prestations de déneigement et déverglaçage de la voirie départementale. L'accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant total des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit pour les lots 1 à 9, 11, 15 et 16 : Mini: Sans, Maxi: 50 000 euros HT, pour les lots 10, 12, 13 et 14: Mini: Sans, Maxi: 100 000 euros HT. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une période initiale allant jusqu’au 30 juin 2027 inclus.
