La CINOR, compétente en matière de gestion des eaux pluviales urbaines sur les communes de Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie et Sainte-Suzanne, souhaite se doter d’un schéma directeur afin de clarifier son champ de compétences et de définir une stratégie globale et durable à l’échelle intercommunale. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation d’investigations de terrain, l’établissement d’un diagnostic, la définition d’un programme de travaux cohérent, ainsi que l’élaboration du zonage des eaux pluviales et du règlement associé. Il s’agit ainsi de conduire l’ensemble des études techniques et réglementaires nécessaires à l’atteinte de ces objectifs. Le marché est alloti en 2 Lots et s’articule comme ci-après : - Le Lot n°1 : Élaboration du schéma directeur intercommunal de gestion des eaux pluviales. - Le Lot n°2 : Définition de l’architecture des réseaux d’eaux pluviales de Sainte-Marie. Il est possible de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots.
