Fourniture, pose et Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) de Faisceaux hertziens L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le périmètre des services concerne la radio Tetra et les autres usages applicatifs (vidéoprotection, données, …). Le marché concerne l'extension et la maintenance des communications électroniques reposant sur des liaisons FH privées appartenant à Bordeaux Métropole. la mise en oeuvre des nouveaux FH répond à des contraintes draconiennes dans un environnement complexe (travaux hauteur, rayonnement électromagnétiques, sites classés, …). Néanmoins, la différence de la sensibilité des installations notamment au travers du niveau de service attendu pour le MCO, très élevé pour la radio (régulation trafic et services d'urgences), les données informatiques (DATA) et moindre pour la VidéoProtection (VP) nous a amené à scinder la consultation en deux lots de manière à stimuler la concurrence
