Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum annuel de 120 000 euros HT. À la date de lancement du marché, la valeur faciale du titre-restaurant est fixée à 7,00 euros, répartie entre une participation de l'employeur à hauteur de 4,20euros et une participation du salarié à hauteur de 2,80euros.
