Il comporte des prestations de conception, de construction, de maintenance et de suivi des performances et porte sur la: - conception et réalisation de travaux : Construction du nouveau siège du SE60, avec intégration d'une démarche BIM CIM TIM comme indiquée dans la synthèse programmatique ci-jointe au présent règlement, - maintenance relative notamment aux installations techniques, et suivi des performances, pour une durée de 3 années, avec intégration d'une démarche BIM CIM TIM comme indiquée dans la synthèse programmatique ci-jointe au présent règlement. La présente consultation est un processus expérimental s'intégrant dans le programme national du Plan Urbanisme Construction Architecture (PUCA).
