Le présent marché concerne les travaux de rénovation lourde relatifs à l'opération immobilère "plateforme d’enseignement et de recherche IMPACT" du campus d’Ecully de l’Ecole centrale de Lyon - Tranche 1 - Bâtiment H10. Lieu d'exécution : École Centrale de Lyon - 36 avenue Guy de Collongue - 69134 ECULLY Cedex. L’opération portera notamment sur : - la restructuration complète du bâtiment H10. - la reprise de l’enveloppe complète du bâtiment. Ce projet d'importance pour Centrale Lyon s'inscrit dans le cadre de son Schéma Directeur Immobilier. Il vise à revaloriser le campus en offrant des infrastructures adaptées et porteuses à l'enseignement et à la recherche autour des activités du Laboratoire de Mécanique des Fluides et d'Acoustique (LMFA) et du département d'enseignement Mécanique des Fluides Acoustique et Énergétique (MFAE) pour le bâtiment H10.
