L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent contrat a pour objet : - LOT1 : des travaux routiers, de voirie et de réseaux divers. - LOT2 : installation de différents types de signalisations verticales et horizontales. Ces travaux peuvent avoir pour objet soit la réalisation de travaux d'entretien, de remplacement ou de rénovation, soit la réalisation de travaux neufs. Le détail des prescription techniques des travaux à réaliser est précisé dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières et, le cas échéant, dans le cadre de réponse technique renseigné par le Titulaire. Le Titulaire s'engage à exécuter les travaux conformément aux prescriptions de l'accord-cadre et aux règles de l'art, au prix qu'il a proposés. Il est soumis à une obligation de résultat dans le cadre de l'exécution du présent accord-cadre. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations prévues. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande par la ville de Champigny-sur-Marne
