DESIGNATION D’UN OPERATEUR CHARGE D’ASSURER LA REGIE ADMINISTRATIVE DE L’OPERATION « CREATIONS HYBRIDES V »

This tender concerns the designation of an operator to manage the administrative operations for the 'Créations Hybrides V' project. The selected operator will be responsible for administrative management and coordination of this initiative under the oversight of the Département de la Guadeloupe.

The operator must demonstrate capacity to manage administrative operations, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain compliance with departmental regulations. Experience in project administration and public-sector governance is expected.

Public or private organizations with proven administrative management capabilities and experience in handling departmental-level projects are eligible to bid.

The buyer is Conseil Départemental de la Guadeloupe.
