La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de matériaux et d'outillage pour les directions de la métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée, en groupement de commande avec l'ESAD en 2 lots. Conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du code de la commande publique, le présent accord-cadre est passé par le groupement de commandes constitué de la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée et de l'EPCC ESAD TPM. Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L. 2113-7 du code de la commande publique, le coordonnateur du groupement sera la Métropole T.P.M. La commission d'appel d'offres du groupement sera celle du coordonnateur. Chaque membre du groupement gère l'exécution intégrale de son contrat.
